If I could describe my teaching philosophy as an art teacher in one word, it would be “water”. Art is a fluid subject, whose standards are in constant motion, changing over time and across medium. I believe each student possesses the capacity for creativity; sometimes as deep as the ocean. My job as a teacher would be to provide students with the technical skills to express their creativity and encourage students to see the art in their everyday lives.
